Importanc of Water for Life

Human, Children, Girl, Blond, Water

For the survival of any living being water is most essential. Almost 70 percent of the human body is made of water, so it is crucial to maintain adequate fluid intake to stay fit. Drinking water lubricates the joint, removes toxins from the body, keeps skin healthy and regulates body temperature.
It is a widespread belief that if you want to stay healthy and fit, the first thing to do in the morning is to drink a glass of warm water. Some claim that drinking water right after getting out of bed helps you lose weight, while others feel that your mental performance improves. But do you really think that the time of day you drink water makes a difference? Let’s find the truth behind the three main claims about drinking water early in the morning

It is true that drinking water reduces calorie intake, as it makes you feel fuller. People who try to lose weight are often advised to increase their water consumption to avoid overeating. But the claim that drinking water before breakfast helps reduce calorie intake throughout the day is only partially true. Studies suggest that drinking water before a meal may not reduce calorie intake in younger adults, but it can help you stay hydrated.
People think that drinking water in the morning actually hydrates us as our body becomes dehydrated when we sleep. This is because the morning urine is usually dark yellow. Actually, urine is not a clear indicator of hydration levels. It is usually dark in the morning because it is more concentrated since you did not drink any liquid at night.
Our kidneys are responsible for eliminating toxins from the body and in fact require water to perform this function, but the moment has nothing to do with it. If the toxins present in your body are in large quantities, your kidneys can easily handle it.
