Headaches are common and are experienced by everyone from time to time. But if this happens frequently, they force him to take medications, and he needs to know the causes of the headaches.
Reasons for your headache. There are many causes which generate headache of light or severe nature.
1.Being Hungry: When we are hungry, when it causes us a headache. You should eat something after a few hours instead of just eating twice a day. If nothing is available, you should at least drink water.
2. Missing morning coffee: We are slaves to our habits and old habits die hard. If you are used to drinking coffee every day and you miss it, it probably causes a headache. You cut it slowly and regularly if you really want to stop.
3. Drink too much: If you drink too much, you probably have a headache the next day. Alcohol interferes with your sleep and releases water from your body. You need to consume more water, sports drink or broth.
4. Ice Cream: The well-known term “frozen headache” or “freezing of the brain” may not be known. If you eat something very, very cold quickly, it can cause a headache. The blood vessels in the mouth contract under the influence of frost and trigger pain signals.
5. Ear Infection: is another cause of headache. You should consult your doctor to get the same and get rid of it.
6. Overdose of Painkillers: Some people have a habit of eating pills every day for every little pain. An overdose of pain medication can be the cause of your headache. Please check your habits and ask your doctor.
7. Extreme Cold: If you are constantly exposed to extreme cold and have not been protected, it can cause headaches. Then take medicines for a headache and avoid venturing into a cold climate for a few days.
8. Heartburn: Heavy heartburn is one of the known causes of headache. Your lifestyle, especially your eating habits, is very important here. It must be avoided that foods increase the acidity. Also, avoid tobacco and alcohol to protect yourself.
9.Certain foods: Foods such as processed meats that contain nitrates can also lead to headache.
10. Over stress – Normal stress is healthy. But if you are overstressed- physically or even mentally it may cause headache which may last for a longer time. You need to come out of stress syndroms.

If we take precaution to avoid all these above mentioned causes, we may not be a victim of headache. Though it is a very minor ailments , it is the leading cause of loss of work, over sleeping, accidents etc. Because of headache you loose your calm and balance of mind and body. So take precautions to avoid it.
