Various types of anaerobic exercise are used by people, including weight lifting, sprinting, fast jumping with a rope, etc. These exercises are more difficult but for a shorter duration. Anaerobic exercise is particularly useful for weight management, as it helps burn more calories, even in a resting body. Anaerobic exercise can also help build endurance and fitness levels
