Aging is the natural process. It happens with every animal including human being. It is very difficult to stop it but one can think of reducing the speed of aging with the help of some foods along with daily exercise. However, inclusion of some foods in your daily diet can prolong the process of ageing.

Following food items may help in the anti-aging process to certain extent.
1. Green Vegetable Juice. –
